The console commands are all pretty much the same across the CoD series.

To show FPS:
/cg_drawfps 1
or
/cg_drawfps 0

To set Max FPS:
/com_maxfps ###

well, I was playing the other day and it maxed out at 90 something, so get anywhere between 60-90 fps
