When I open CoD, I get an option , then after I quit out of it, CoD freezes

the option is

WIN_IMPROPER_QUIT_BODY
(Yes) (No)


Any help? Eeek

Reinstall cod
Somethings either wrong with your pak. files either being corrupt or missing, or you're missing another vital file
